Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide via our fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times are:
- Italy: 7–15 business days
- European Union: 10–20 business days
- International (USA, UK, AU, CA, etc.): 15–30 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates
- Italy: €7.00 (free for orders over €150)
- European Union: €14.99 (free for orders over €150)
- International: €19.99 (free for orders over €150)
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. SeasonStore is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
